When it comes to yoga alignment, we learn in different ways, visually, audibly, and through hands-on adjustments. During this workshop we’ll dive deep into manual adjustments for Sun Salutations, Standing Postures, Backbends, Twists and Forward Bends. This workshop is great for teachers and trainees who want to enhance the experience level of your classes, as well those who want a deeper understanding of hands-on assists.
